Jake Holt, Managing Partner, Licensed Public Adjuster
Jake has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His desire to help folks recover from their loss led him to the field. As a Managing Partner at Honor Claims, Jake leads the team to help contractors, roofing companies and property owners achieve fair and balanced settlements. In his spare time, Jake enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and his four wonderful children.
Michael Phillips, Senior Public Adjuster & Consultant
With a background in insurance adjusting through numerous claims including Ida, one of the deadliest hurricanes in history, Michael brings extensive experience in claims management. He holds 13 Adjuster licenses throughout the nation. In his role at Honor Claims, he specializes in estimate audits, and carefully reviews photos, reports, and Xactimate for accuracy and clarity. Michael holds numerous leading industry accreditations including the Xactimate Level 2 certification; HAAG Residential Inspector certification; Windstorm Certification from the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Windstorm Inspection Program; and National Insurance Crime Training Academy (NICTA) certification. When he’s not poring over Xactimate line items, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 children, playing games and watching movies.

Greg is as the Chief Operating Officer of Honor Claims. With extensive experience in operations management, Greg plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational efficiency.
